Locating Lost Women in History

Partnering with the Starr Library in Rhinebeck, Tangible Mind hosted “Locating Invisible Women in History, a public art-making event uncovering the life and legacy of Mary Regina Miller, the founder of the library. Held in honor of Women’s History Month, the event invited community members of all ages to engage with archival materials, generate speculative portraits, and reflect on the ways women’s contributions are often obscured by patriarchal naming and institutional memory.
